Call the emergency number of the country in which you are (911 or its equivalent).
Once you receive emergency assistance, report the event by email to chubbtravelinsurance.pa@chubb.com
You will have to pay the expenses, and once you are back in your country of origin, once you present original invoices and proof of payment, the Insurer will reimburse the applicable expenses according to the general conditions of the cover hired and all the instructions are provided by our Assistance Center.

Any referral to a Medical Center must be coordinated through the assistance center, in case you are requested to register in the emergency room, indicate the policy number or the name of the Chubb Seguros company
