Compensation for Accidental Death

Required Documents

  • Claim form duly completed and signed..
  • Original death certificate or certified copy of the affected Insured.
  • Simple copy of the current official identification with photograph and signature of each of the Beneficiaries (voter's credential, passport, professional card or military service card).
  • If the Beneficiary is the spouse, additionally present a simple copy of the marriage certificate. If it is the concubinary to present Constancy of Concubinage before a Judge of the Familiar.
  • Proof of travel Itinerary, including proof of Public Transport used.
  • Complete copy of the Proceedings of the Public Ministry.

Reimbursement for Medical Expenses for Accident and / or Medical Expenses for Medical Emergency / Emergency Dental Expenses / Assistance for Stabilization in Pre-existing Diseases:

Required Documents

  • Claim form duly completed and signed.
  • Simple copy of official identification in force with photograph and signature of the affected Insured (voter's credential, passport, professional card or military service card).
  • Accident or Illness Notice (Form filled out by the affected Insured).
  • Medical Report Format and / or Clinical History.
  • Copy of interpretation of studies carried out.
  • Invoices of expenses incurred as a result of the condition.
  • Proof of travel Itinerary, including proof of Public Transport used.

Compensation for Accidental Death in Public Transportation:

Required Documents

  • Claim form duly completed and signed.
  • Original death certificate or certified copy of the affected Insured.
  • Simple copy of the current official identification with photograph and signature of each of the Beneficiaries (voter's credential, passport, professional card or military service card).
  • If the Beneficiary is the spouse, additionally present a simple copy of the marriage certificate. If it is the concubinary to present Constancy of Concubinage before a Judge of the Familiar.
  • Proof of travel Itinerary, including proof of Public Transport used.
  • Copy of the ticket verifying the trip made in the Public Transport where the death occurs, in case of having it.
  • Complete copy of the Proceedings of the Public Ministry.

Funeral Reimbursement for Accidental Death:

Required Documents

  • Claim form duly completed and signed.
  • Original death certificate or certified copy of the affected Insured.
  • Simple copy of the current official identification with photograph and signature of each of the Beneficiaries (voter's credential, passport, professional card or military service card).
  • If the Beneficiary is the spouse, additionally present a simple copy of the marriage certificate. If it is the concubinary to present Constancy of Concubinage before a Judge of the Familiar.
  • Proof of travel Itinerary, including proof of Public Transport used.
  • Complete copy of the Proceedings of the Public Ministry.
  • Proof of funerary expenses incurred.

Trip Cancellation Reimbursement:

Required Documents

  • Claim form duly completed and signed.
  • Simple copy of official identification in force with photograph and signature of the affected Insured (voter's credential, passport, professional card or military service card).
  • Insured, Direct Family or Accompanying Medical Report, this must contain the diagnosis, date of beginning of the condition, treatment and medical recommendations.
  • Copy of the document that proves the purchase of the package and / or the breakdown of the services acquired prior to the start of the trip on behalf of the Insured.
  • Proof of charges not reimbursed, document issued by the service providers where the concept and the amount of the penalty are broken down.
  • Copy of the birth or marriage certificate, to prove the relationship with the relative for which the trip was canceled (if applicable).

Trip Delay Reimbursement:

Required Documents

  • Claim form duly completed and signed.
  • Simple copy of official identification in force with photograph and signature of the affected Insured (voter's credential, passport, professional card or military service card).
  • Letter issued by the Public Transport where it specifies the causes that originated the delay of the trip and duration of the same.
  • Proof of expenses on behalf of the Insured, originated by food, lodging and transportation derived from the delay of the trip.

Compensation for Baggage Delay:

Required Documents

  • Claim form duly completed and signed.
  • Simple copy of valid official identification with photograph and signature of the affected Insured. (Elector Credential, Passport, Professional Certificate and Military Service Booklet).
  • Copy of tickets, boarding passes and Luggage ticket in the name of the Insured.
  • Report of incidents, raised with the Public Transport for the delay of your luggage.
  • Letter issued by the Public Transport indicating the causes of the delay, as well as the date and time of delivery of the Baggage to the user.
  • Proof of expenses on behalf of the Insured originated by the delay of Baggage.

Compensation for Theft of Household Goods Through the Use of Force during the Trip:

Required Documents

  • Claim form duly completed and signed.
  • Simple copy of valid official identification with photograph and signature of the affected Insured. (Elector Credential, Passport, Professional Certificate and Military Service Booklet).
  • Copy of the Travel Itinerary
  • Minutes before the public prosecutor where the facts are detailed and the assets that represent the Stolen Household Goods are broken down.
  • Household goods stolen relationship, indicating its description, date and place of purchase, and value again.
  • Present invoices in the name of the Insured or photographs that prove the existence of stolen Household Goods.

Compensation for Civil Liability Traveler Abroad:

Required Documents

  • Claim form duly completed and signed.
  • Claim letter from the Insured addressed to Chubb Seguros México, S.A. that includes the list of damaged goods, valued and signed by the Insured.
  • Claim letter from the affected third party addressed to the Insured, including the list of the damaged, valued and signed by the affected party.
  • Price of damaged goods and / or bills of goods repaired / replaced
  • Photographs of damaged and / or replaced property.

Trip Interruption Refund:

  • Report of Incidents, raised with the Public Transport for the loss of the Baggage.
  • Letter issued by the Public Transport confirming the loss of your Baggage
  • Inventory of personal items within lost or stolen Baggage, including description, date and purchase value.
