Always have at hand the policy holder’s data of the insured and the policy number.

Call the emergency number of the country in which you are (911 or its equivalent).

Once you receive emergency assistance, report the event by email to travelinsurance.mx@Chubb.com

You will have to pay the expenses, and once you are back in your country of origin, once you present original invoices and proof of payment, the Insurer will reimburse the applicable expenses according to the general conditions of the cover hired and all the instructions are provided by our Assistance Center.

In this case you have to keep the original invoice of the service and later present a claim upon the Insurer calling the numbers detailed in your policy or a collect call to 01 800 228 7283 / +52 5552 629925 / 001 52 5580 0077 75 (Foreign), or by email at travelinsurance.mx@Chubb.com
